The title was a good PR choice. Delmas (who is now working for EADS) is not really thinking about France’s next war with Germany. In fact, his book is a useful effort to explain contemporary Germany to his countrymen. And it’s a good start to understand why the US are making a mistake by pressuring Germany to choose between them and La France.
